Ron Moritz is an internationally recognized technology executive and advisor, and leading enterprise infrastructure software and cyber security expert, with over 25 years of broad operational, strategy and P&L experience with premier Fortune 500 technology companies.

Ron has served as CTO of Symantec Corporation (NASDAQ: SYMC), Senior Vice President and Chief Security Strategy Officer of Computer Associates (NASDAQ: CA), and General Manager of MicroSoft’s (NASDAQ: MSFT) Forefront business unit.

Ron's consulting work focuses on the big-picture and long-view at the intersection of technology, strategy, global markets and finance.  He works internationally as an advisor to C-level execs, boards of directors, VC's and PE firms, providing focus on corporate and technology strategy, innovation management, technical due diligence, interim and supplemental management, turn-around strategy development, funding life-cycle support, buy-side analysis of acquisition targets, and business and eco-system development.

Ron’s recent entrepreneurial activities have included simultaneously saving the planet one cow-patty at a time and upgrading the Israeli coffee-drinking experience.  He is co-founder of Efrim Energy LLC, a U.S.-based renewable energy company focused on converting livestock waste into a biomass drop-in fuel, and of Aura Coffee Ltd., Israel’s first third-wave coffee roaster.  Ron serves on board of Fireblade, a leader in website security.

Ron holds B.A. (Mathematics), M.B.A. (Technology Management), and M.S.E. (Computer Engineering) degrees, all from Case Western Reserve University.
